Classic Creole stew consisting of tender poached shrimp, spicy andouille sausage, the holy trinity (celery, onions, and bell peppers), and a slow-cooked dark roux. Perfect with rice and/or crusty French bread.

 

Instructions for use: We recommend thawing. Once thawed, place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes in the microwave (take out and stir every minute).
