This yellow-skinned, yellow-fleshed potato variety was developed to improve upon the yields, storage ability, and disease resistance of Yukon gold. Their fairly firm texture makes these potatoes quite good for mashing. Can also be used like Yukon gold potatoes in baked and roasted applications.
