When cooked, russet potatoes take on smooth, fluffy, and buttery consistency. While often fried into tater tots, hash browns, or french fries, these russet potatoes are extremely versatile! They can be baked, mashed, or roasted and pair well with parsnips, garlic, chives, bacon, parmesan, leeks, rosemary, onions, olive oil, and cheddar.
How to store: Place in dark, cool, well-ventilated area like a pantry shelve. Don't wash until use.
