This onion was stored dirty indoors after harvest but washed prior to delivery. These onions possess a sweet, mild flavor. They can either be used fresh (tossed into a salad or guacamole) or cooked (added to soups, stocks, and casseroles). Pairs well produce ranging from tomatoes and carrots to jalapenos, turnips, and potatoes.
