Popular in gourmet restaurants, beef bone marrow is absolutely delicious. Simply roast the bones in an oven with a pinch of seasoning, scoop the marrow from the bone, and spread onto fresh, toasted bread with a sprinkle of pepper and salt. You can also add flavor to the marrow by pan frying with butter, herbs, and lemon before roasting!
