Sunflower microgreens have a sweet nutty flavor, very similar to that of eating a sunflower seed (that what it's grown from after all). They have a wonderfully crunchy texture and will stay fresh for quite a long time. We recommend eating them asa snack or throwing them on your favorite salad/sandwich... Grown in Mary's urban greenhouse using hyper-sustainable practices.
