Kale harvested at a young age to yield a mild and tender flavor. This slightly peppery variety is best consumed raw. We recommend adding to a salad with onions, apples, balsamic vinegar, and chicken. GLG's baby kale can also be used as a pizza garnish or spinach-substitute in quiche.
