Our Story
Peter Scearce started out in 2015 by selling his homemade bbq sauces at his local farmers market. He wanted to provide a more wholesome sauce that was HFCS-free and made with non-gmo products. And that's exactly what he did! Peter named his company "Non-Typical Sauce Co." because each small batch of sauce is uniquely delicious unlike the large companies that prioritize consistency over taste and nutrition!
Our Philosophy
As stated above, Peter is committed to making his products without any high fructose corn syrup or GMO ingredients. Peter also tries to use local honey, molasses, onions, and other ingredients in his bbq sauces when possible.
