Our Story
Good Life Growing is a Social Enterprise with a mission based bottom-line to combat urban decay and food insecurity. Founded in 2013 by a group of conscious-minded friends and siblings, Good Life Growing has worked to convert vacant, blighted properties into productive micro-farms that create local food and local jobs. Around 10 years after their founding, Good Life Growing has scaled to 5 acres of organic soil farming, hydroponics, aquaponics, and vertical horticulture.
Our Practices
Good Life Growing practices year-round sustainable farming, leveraging soil, aquaponics, hydroponics, and aeroponics to produce hyper-local produce. Good Life Growing only uses organic and ethical practices which is one of the reasons that they earned their Known and Grown certification.
