D & M Mediterranean Bowl

This is one of David Huelsmann's (of D&M Farms) favorite ways to prepare their signature Gyro Seasoned Ground Lamb.

Serving: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 lb D & M gyro meat
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 cabbage, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped artichokes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

 Steps:

  1. Steam chopped cabbage in skillet with top covered until cabbage is soft
  2. While the cabbage is steaming, brown the gyro meat in another skillet
  3. Serve the gyro meat over the cabbage and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and feta cheese.

    Notes:

    This is a delicious and easy meal that only takes about 15 minutes
