D & M Mediterranean Bowl
This is one of David Huelsmann's (of D&M Farms) favorite ways to prepare their signature Gyro Seasoned Ground Lamb.
- 1 lb D & M gyro meat
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped artichokes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- Steam chopped cabbage in skillet with top covered until cabbage is soft
- While the cabbage is steaming, brown the gyro meat in another skillet
- Serve the gyro meat over the cabbage and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and feta cheese.
This is a delicious and easy meal that only takes about 15 minutes
