D & M Gyro Sliders
This is one of David Huelsmann's (of D&M Farms) favorite ways to prepare their signature Gyro Seasoned Ground Lamb.
- 1 lb D & M gyro meat
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Hawaiian rolls
- sprinkle of feta cheese
- Shape the gyro meat into small burgers and grill on indirect heat for 7-8 minutes on each side
- Package onions in foil with olive oil and place on the grill (cook for the same duration that the sliders are on the grill)
- Serve the sliders on Hawaiian rolls topped with the grilled onions and some feta cheese
So tasty you don't even need the Tzatziki sauce ... but you can add it if you want!
