D & M Greek Gyro Salad
This is one of David Huelsmann's (of D&M Farms) favorite ways to prepare their signature Gyro Seasoned Ground Lamb.
- 1 lb D & M gyro meat
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 cucumber, cubed
- 1/2 lb grape tomatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Crumbled feta cheese
- Tzatiki sauce
- Brown the meat on the skillet
- Combine all salad ingredients (except the feta) in a large bowl and apply dressing. Mix thoroughly.
- Serve browned meat on top of the dressed salad and sprinkle with feta
